I confirm that the video production described above which I am submitting to the Hannaian Entertainment Company is fully and wholly owned by me and that I hereby grant to the Hannaian Entertainment company the right to use the video, audio, images and voices for the purpose of screenings, festivals, broadcast, media education workshops, program promotion and inclusion and distribution of the video and audio productions associated with the project. It is also understood that any such materials (video, film, audio, and any other media) will be used with the highest integrity and discretion, with the intent to communicate responsibly and ethically, the subject matter contained therein. I hereby consent for value received and without further consideration or compensation to the use (full or in part) of all videotapes taken of me and/or recordings made of my voice and/or written extraction, in whole or in part, of such recordings or musical performance for the purposes of illustration, broadcast, or distribution in any manner. I understand that I will not be able to inspect and/or approve the finished product or products or the editorial, advertising, or printed copy or soundtrack that may be used in the project and in connection therewith. I hereby release, discharge and agree to save Hannaian Entertainment, their licensees, successors, legal representatives and assigns from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion or use in composite form whether intentional or otherwise that may occur or be produced in the making, processing, duplication, projecting or displaying of said picture or images, and from liability for violation of any personal or proprietary right that I may have in conjunction with said pictures or images and with the use thereof.
