Due to the
nature of our business and the numerous requests
we receive for our assistance, our operations
require strict adherence to the protocol we have
adopted in order to comply with the laws and
regulations of various jurisdictions within
which we may operate. Therefore, before any
other service agreements can be executed, this
protocol requires this formal preliminary
disclosure agreement followed by a due diligence
evaluation agreement and process, and a formal
written analytical report exchanged between all
relevant parties.
I confirm that I
am 18 years of age or older. I also confirm, to
my best knowledge, that I am the original
inventor of the idea/product described herein
and that I am the primary owner of the product
and have the authority to disclose the
information submitted. I understand that
submitting information does not constitute a
release and that this information will not be
used, disclosed or sold without my express
written permission.
HRI is authorized to review this preliminary
information about the product and idea at no
cost or no fees required on my part, and I
acknowledge that HRI has not promised me any
financial gain from the review or further
development of this product or idea. I
understand that HRI may review in confidence
within its consultants certain aspects of the
product/idea to determine its commercial
feasibility.
