Hannaian Intellectual Property Stock Inquiry & Evaluation Research Program (H.I.P.S.I.E.)

The following is a list of stocks which we are currently researching and need further information on, or need on-the-ground evaluation of. These companies should first be evaluated based on the specific questions listed in the inquiry. Then they should be evaluated on any aspect of their operations which is pertinent to their quality as an investment. The information should be provided in the form provided on the page and electronically submitted to the H.I.P.S.R.S. as it is acquired. The reports can be sent in periodically as new information is acquired. The information will be evaluated and used to rate the stocks in the H.I.P.S. reports.

On-The Ground Research
If one or more of the listed companies are located in your geographical area, or in an area you or an associate of yours have access to, please attempt to obtain the information requested and forward it in on the enclosed form at your earliest convenience. If you or an associate have the technical expertise or other experience which may shed light on the inquiry, please also forward such information at your earliest convenience.

Technical Analysis & Detail Reports
The form can be used to relay technical analysis and detail information on an issue or its Intellectual Property function & value. Many H.B.N. affiliates are experts in certain subject matters or have access to such expertise. When the specific inquiry involves technical evaulation, or if technical evaluation is otherwuse helpful the form should be used to relay this information.

Original Stock Reports
The form can also be used to send in original information on other stocks which may not be in the list. For example, your research may discover stocks which H.I.P.S.R.S. has not reported on or discovered. If you have identified an issue which you feel has merit and meets H.I.P.S.R.S. criteria you may use this form to transmit the information to H.I.P.S.R.S..

Private Acquisition Opportunity Reports
In addition, information about potentially valuable private acquisition opportunities which HBN affiliates may discover, and which fit the I.P. acquisition criteria of the Hannaian Business Network can be submitted using this form.

This is an important function of the H.I.P.S. Research System and provides important research for Network affiliates in their public and private I.P. acquisition, investment and trading activities.
