The African nation of Uganda has endured significant upheavals in the past several decades. Many people in Uganda have been dedicated throughout this time to bringing peace, prosperity and a positive image of the Country and its often maligned presence in the press. Perhaps no individual has done more than Remigius Kintu. Mr. Kintu is Founder and President of the Uganda Democratic Coalition, and has a long history of attempting to bring appropriate progress to the politics and economy of Uganda. The following in depth interview by Ms. Bambi McKibbon-Turner provides a most revealing view into the politics and economy of Uganda and Africa in general. Mr. Kintu has a long and distinguished career in Ugandan and African affairs and this interview reveals his tremendous insight into these most important world and international events.
